Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
I work with people in Oregon and Washington who are looking for a provider who actually listens — whether you're dealing with anxiety that won't quiet down, depression that steals your motivation, ADHD that makes daily life feel impossible, or hormonal changes that have turned your mood upside down.
I believe that finding the right treatment is a collaborative process. I take the time to understand your concerns, explain your options clearly, and work with you to make decisions about your care together. Your preferences matter, and I want you to feel like an active partner in your treatment — not just a passive recipient.
I started this practice because I believe everyone deserves a provider who takes the time to listen — not a rushed 15-minute med check. I know that reaching out for psychiatric care takes courage, especially if you've had a difficult experience with a provider before. I'm here to make the process as comfortable and straightforward as possible.
My Approach
My approach goes beyond just prescribing medication. I see overall well-being as comprehensive, and I advocate for balanced nutrition, physical activity, and therapy in combination with medication management. When medication is the right fit, I'll help you find what works with the fewest side effects. When it's not, I'll be honest about that too.
- Thorough: Your first evaluation is 60 minutes — enough time to really understand what's going on, not a rushed 15-minute appointment.
- Whole-Person: I look at the full picture — sleep, nutrition, activity, therapy, and medication — not just symptoms and prescriptions.
- Accessible: All appointments are via telehealth, so you can meet from anywhere in Oregon or Washington — no commute, no waiting room.
- Honest: I'll tell you what I think will help, what might not, and when a referral to another provider makes more sense.

What I Specialize In
I focus on conditions that are often misunderstood or underdiagnosed — particularly ADHD in adults and women, and the intersection of hormonal health and mental health. I also treat anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, and more.
Outside the Office
When I'm not working, you'll find me outside — walking, hiking, biking, or swimming. I love spending time with family, putting together a good charcuterie board, and cracking open a new book. I practice what I preach about balanced well-being, and I believe that taking care of yourself isn't a luxury — it's a necessity.
